Faisal I Al-Dhabaiban

Faisal is the Vice President of Safaniya Area Producing.

Assigned as acting Vice President of Facilities Planning and Safaniya Area Producing.

Since June 2021, Faisal was the Director of SONPD.

Appointed as Director of NAOPTSD since 2015 and assumed several roles within Producing as Director since 2013.

• Faisal cultivated a sustainable innovation culture at NAOPTSD, supporting company’s transition to a knowledge-based economy.  Tackled operational challenges through innovative solutions, granting 16 patents by 2020.
• Faisal was involved in three mega-projects Marjan, Zuluf, and Berri Increments.

Joined the Company in 1992 as a participant in College Degree Program for Non-Employees.  Obtained Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from KFUPM in Saudi Arabia in 1997 and completed several executive leadership programs.  Completed Advanced Management Program from Columbia Business School in USA from 2021-2022.  And, completed Leadership Assessment Program for Vice Presidents from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in USA in 2025.
